For those looking to build employment-related skills in a supportive environment, GRAAFICS Workforce development and Experience Program allows members to receive training and On-The-Job-Experience (OJE) in a variety of fields, including: the music industry, the television industry, the finance industry, etc. @GRAAFICS, because we understand that our population is unique, we offer highly focused vocational connection services and programs for those members interested in the vocational track. Our approach is one of grassroots origin that goes back to those core values that build long lasting relationships: Humility, Piety and Transparency.  

GRAAFICS vocational services model is: Work, Job, Career, Ownership (WJCO). The major components of this model is one that offers our members the opportunity to experience two things that have significantly impacted their lives: 1. They literally, physically see their growth and 2. They get the chance to establish and grow a positive financial legacy that will live beyond them.   

Services Offered

GRAAFICS offers services and support for clients throughout each phase of our program. For our vocational services, we offer: 

• Vocational Assessment
• Workplace Experience
• Career Exploration Groups
• Individual Vocational Counseling
• Referral to Job Training/Education Programs
• Job Search Support, including:
• Resume Development
• Interview Prep
• Job Placement Assistance
• Ongoing Post-Placement Support

Who Will Benefit From The Program:Young adults with or without disabilities, and identified as “at-risk” or “special needs,” and enrolled in a middle school or high school or detained in a juvenile detention center
