Seamless Day  |  Part 1 of 3  -  Part one of our seamless day model begins where we do our best work, in the classroom. We realize that when great teachers have to focus time and energy on disruptive students, they loose the remainder of the class. We specialize in this area. 

Seamless Day  |  Part 2 of 3  -  When after school programming is exiting and engaging students want to participate; when its also effective, students want to learn. With 10 different after school programs that directly extend students learning, we've mastered giving you great programs.

Seamless Day  |  Part 3 of 3  -  During the early evening hours is when most school aged, at-risk teenagers get into trouble. Part 3 of our seamless day model involves programming after 5pm that keeps high risk students out of trouble and prepares them for the follow school day.   

Prevention And Intervention Strategies are important for reducing the number of youth who join gangs.  GRAAFICS offers services for youth who are actively involved in gangs. We work with them before they make that one decision that may change the rest of their lives.

The Seamless Day Model  -  Seamless day model is a model built with the belief that if a student's idle time is occupied with fun, skill-building activities, that reinforce the school's vision, after school and beyond, it increases the child's ability to succeed.

Every black and brown child, regardless to their parent(s) temporary social-economical status, is born with, and has the ability to become one of the educational elite. When school leaders and teachers truly believe that, are effectively trained and empowered to teach with THAT frame of mind, the results are astounding. 

Mentoring helps a young person know that someone really cares. It assures them that when things get rough, they have someone they can rely on. Mentoring connects a young person to personal growth and development, social-emotional and sometimes economic opportunities.

What Is PreViction?   -   PreViction is something different. It offers detainees and/or inmates, professional and/or vocational training, employment services and the quality social-emotional training that they need in order to beat recidivism. 

Education Is The Key  -  Designed by students and staff, the goal of the ‘E is Key’ program is to address student’s entry level ‘at-risk’ behaviors by incorporating ‘Real-Time’ life skills activities and programs into their day-to-day school activities. 

The Support Of Family  -  When young adults are supported with a structure that resembles a family, especially when it's inclusive of people their age, their likelihood for success increases. G-Family is that support. 

Reaching At-Risk Youth from the Streets (RAYS) Ask troubled youth where they are from and they will easily (and sometimes proudly) say “I’m from the streets!”.  RAYS connects with them exactly where they are and coaches them to where they should be. 

ONE-TO-ONE WITH A PARENT MEANS CHANGING A PERSPECTIVE ... @ GRAAFICS, we understand their situation. We see it through the exact same lens that they see it through because we use to BE them. One to one parent coaching means going the extra mile when they may have given up hope. Are you a parent that's interested in one to one coaching for yourself or your child's other parent?

WORKING WITH A FAMILY MEANS BREAKING A PATTERN ... @ GRAAFICS, we understand the core reasons why today's family unit is broken. When working with a family, our evidence based, holistic approach is grounded in the interest of the child or children. We then empower both parents to co-parent in a manner best suited for the child. 

GROUND ZERO FOR BULLYING IS HERE! What do you do when teachers, administrators and parents witness your work in the middle and high schools that older children attend, and request that aggressive behaviors be addressed at an earlier age?  

MIDDLE SCHOOL MADNESS ... Information absorbed and processed during the middle school years are vital to a child's future. Today; with uncontrolled social determinants, social-emotional pressures and the growing demand to do more, sometimes result in children giving up and loosing their way. GRAAFICS was tried by fire in some of the toughest middle schools around the country.

Whether we're on the news or in newspapers; in magazines, blogs or social media. @GRAAFICS we realize that we are the voice of 'our' constituents and that advocating to the public on their behalf is our responsibility.  

VOICES IN HARLEM DIVERSIFIED ... Over the past 25 years we've seen Harlem go from a community that was historically African American to one that is now inclusive of many different cultures, skin tones and languages.  As unstoppable changes were and are made, it was important that we had a seat at the table to insure that our voices were heard. 

TEACHING PEOPLE HOW TO DO SOMETHING IS EASY. Teaching people how to be effective at what you've taught them is genius. @GRAAFICS, our genius is engagement.  Talk to any of the private companies or governmental agencies that have contracted us, they will probably say: "Those guys are amazing at what they do!"
