Our partnership with Court systems and the Department of Community Supervision (aka: probation and parole) in several cities around the country allows us two things: #1. A seat at the table with a voice on how the decisions are made that effect poor and disproportionate communities and #2. A position on the first line of defensive in doing all that we can to help new offenders and the formerly incarcerated not only stay OUT of prison, but stay connected to productive society. What does this look like?

New Offenders: 

Too many times, as a result of what is often a single foolish or a poor decision, the lives and future of black and brown people forever tainted with the inclusion of that first offense. GRAAFICS offers three trainings: 

#1. Understanding The Impact Of My Offense 

#2. Reconnecting With Society 

#3. Maintaining My Connection With Society and 

#4. Atonement: Sincerely apologizing to society
