A reentry program designed by GRAAFICS is one that incorporates those moral and ethical practices that deliver formerly incarcerated men and women celebrating 10+ years of freedom. It's respected. It's appreciated. It's different.
@GRAAFICS, the blueprint for an effective fatherhood program begins long before any of our guys have contact with their child. I guess one can say its a dad's right of passage. Once completed, then it's father-son | father-daughter time.

ONE-TO-ONE WITH A PARENT MEANS CHANGING A PERSPECTIVE ... @ GRAAFICS, we understand their situation. We see it through the exact same lens that they see it through because we use to BE them. One to one parent coaching means going the extra mile when they may have given up hope. Are you a parent that's interested in one to one coaching for yourself or your child's other parent?
ONE-TO-ONE WITH A CHILD MEANS IT'S PERSONAL ... @ GRAAFICS, we accept them as they are, have their best interest at heart and will do everything in our power so that they don't make the same mistakes we did. Need one-to-one coaching for your child?
WORKING WITH A FAMILY MEANS BREAKING A PATTERN ... @ GRAAFICS, we understand the core reasons why today's family unit is broken. When working with a family, our evidence based, holistic approach is grounded in the interest of the child or children. We then empower both parents to
GROUND ZERO FOR BULLYING IS HERE! ... What do you do when teachers, administrators and parents witness your work in the middle and high schools that older children attend, and request that aggressive behaviors be addressed at an earlier age?
MIDDLE SCHOOL MADNESS ... Information absorbed and processed during the middle school years are vital to a child's future. Today; with uncontrolled social determinants, social-emotional pressures and the growing demand to do more, sometimes result in children giving up and loosing their way. GRAAFICS was tried by fire in some of the toughest middle schools around the country.
NOBODY DOES ANYTHING FOR ME. I DO EVERYTHING FOR MYSELF. SO, WHAT CAN ANYONE TELL ME? ... New York | New Jersey | Mississippi | Georgia | Ohio. Have a 'real-talk' conversation with most urban high schoolers, and they will invite you into a world filled with unbelievable situations.
SEE IT HERE. THE OPEN CHALLENGE TO THE GOVERNOR OF NY STATE AND THE MAYOR OF NYC ... Whether we're on the news or in newspapers; in magazines, blogs or social media. @GRAAFICS we realize that we are the voice of 'our' constituents and that advocating to the public on their behalf is our responsibility.
VOICES IN HARLEM DIVERSIFIED ... Over the past 25 years we've seen Harlem go from a community that was historically African American to one that is now inclusive of many different cultures, skin tones and languages. As unstoppable changes were and are made, it was important that we had a seat at the table to insure that our voices were heard.
TEACHING PEOPLE HOW TO DO SOMETHING IS EASY. Teaching people how to be effective at what you've taught them is genius. @GRAAFICS, our genius is engagement. Talk to any of the private companies or governmental agencies that have contracted us, they will probably say: "Those guys are amazing at what they do!"
The GRAAFICS Model for youth gang diversion is unique approach enrollments, memberships and activity. With 17yrs developing the evidence, we understand the quagmire of 'the life' and know how to get our clients from where they are to where we know they can be.

NY COURTS & COMMUNITY SUPERVISION
@ GRAAFICS ... Our partnership with NY Courts and NY Community Supervision allows us two things: #1. A seat at the table with a voice on how decisions are made and #2. A position on the defensive line, doing all that we can to help the formerly incarcerated and new offenders stay OUT of prison.
AS A CONTRACTED GOVERNMENT VENDOR IN SEVERAL STATES ... @ GRAAFICS, our partnerships within adult and juvenile justice facilities throughout the nation allows us to use our evidence based approach to rehabilitation via: Educational Workshops, Life Skills Trainings and Extra Curricular Activities.
GIVING BACK WORKS ... @GRAAFICS, our works in the community allow us to do a few things: #1. Show the community that those same people that helped to destroy the neighborhood is now helping to rebuild it, #2. Plant the seed for change in the way that our participants think about future criminal activity.
BREAKING THE CYCLE OF RECIDIVISM STARTS FROM WITHIN ... @GRAAFICS, within means within the prison and within the person. Nothing insures a person's return to prison more than outdated pre-release services facilitated by someone out-of-touch with the returning citizen's social determinants.
THE ACTION PLAN FOR THE RETURNING MAN BEGINS AS HE IS EXPERIENCING HIS LAST HOUR AS AN INMATE ... @GRAAFICS, the evidence shows that if an inmate is not ready to put his action plan into effect the second that he steps out of whatever vehicle brought him home, he may be on the countdown to his return.
THE ACTION PLAN FOR THE RETURNING WOMAN IS A LOT DIFFERENT FROM A MAN'S ... 75% of women that return to society from incarceration are mothers. This means that while mom may not be able to assume full parental responsibilities, she is always thinking of her babies. @GRAAFICS, the action plan for the returning woman includes steps towards re-connection.
